How we do it

We work with local councils, schools, and community groups to put together a promotions crew made up of student reps, youth and arts workers, and members of the Music Industry.

Fix artist and venue

The promotions crew tell us who they’d like to see, suggest venues and performance date/s.

ARC invites the Industry – and all the players and promoters we can find – to offer availabilities, negotiate fees and work through production expenses.

Book the gig

Together with the local crew, we decide which artists to book.

ARC will help develop budgets taking into consideration artists’ fees and expenses, production, promotion security, and venue costs – to set ticket pricing.

ARC will organise posters, fliers, ticketing, and other promo, and together with the promotions crew, distribute promotional material, and work with social and mainstream media to make sure each event has an audience.

We bring the live show to town.

Everyone has a brilliant time. Yay!

ARC is a live music promoter.

We do not manage, nor act as an agent, for the artists featured.

Australian Rock Company Ltd (ARC) welcomes young, old, First Nations people, those with disabilities and people of all genders to attend, co-promote and perform ARC live music events.
